What Causes Severe Pain In The Glans Penis?

Question: Two days ago I woke up feeling like someone crushed the head of my penis. I also noticed a small drop of yellowish- white liquid. The pain gradually subsided. The next days I would notice small yellowish white discharges but only after waking up in the morning. One small drop and nothing else. years ago I passed a kidney stone and had the same symptoms but not the painful penis.

Thanks for query .Based on the fact that you have posted you had severe pain in glans penis and noticed a drop of yellowish liquid and yellowish discharge next day morning .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Did you have sex on the previous night ?

The yellowish drop of liquid could be mostly a thick mucus secreted by bulbo urethral glands located in Bulbar part of urethra or a left over semen stuck up to urethral wall .

In view of past history of passing a stone the possibility of the recurrence of stone and passing it through urethra can not be ruled out .

Take antibiotics like Ciprofloxacin and Diclofenac twice daily for couple of days .

Ensure to drink more water ,

If the problem persists you will need to consult qualified Urologist for examination and get following basic tests done to help to establish diagnosis
1) urine routine and culture
2) Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen
3) Swab test of a dischrge from urethra.

Further treatment will depend upon the final diagnosis .

Thanks doc. The last time i had sex was about a week prior to this first incident. But it was just oral sex. Today i woke up with an itchy, slightly burning feeling inside my urethra. No discharge .

Please get your blood sugar levels on fasting stomach and 2 hours after lunch done to confirm the diagnosis .

Hello doctor. Any liquid from my penis has been clear since yesterday. No major itchiness

Blood sugar before breakfast was 93mg/dl.
2 hrs after breakfast is 122 mg/dl.

I had oatmeal, milk, apple, cinnamon, raisins and maple syrup for breakfast 2hrs ago. .
