Only imaging studies may exclude hemorrhage.

Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Concussion symptoms should resolve in few days, paracetamol may be used in mean time to ease the pain.
Hemorrage, brain contusion, hematoma, are not a frequent finding after mild traumatic brain injury, but can't be excluded entirely as possible complications.
So, if in serious doubts, discuss with your Doctor about getting done imaging studies of the head ( CT scan or MRI ), became only imaging studies may exclude with certainty these conditions.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Kind regards.
