Brief Answer:
kindly get an x ray of the region

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
From what you have mentioned, it could be idiopathic fracture of the clavicle.
It is the only horizontal bone in body and is prone to fracture especially in elder people as bones loose calcium content and become more prone to fractures.
So first thing to do here is exclude presence of fracture by doing a x ray of the affected side.
If that is ruled out then it could be costochondritis of the joint between clavicle and manubrium.
For that it will be better to consult orthopedician as you mentioned there is swelling and clinical examination of the swelling will be required.
I don't have any idea about the homeopathic medicines you mentioned, but if pain is very severe then she can take ibuprofen for the pain. But getting x ray and clinical examination is necessary to arrive at exact diagnosis.
If you need any more help or information kindly write back to me.
Thank you
