What Causes Severe Pain In The Upper Chest?

Question: I have experienced a deep heavy ache in the upper part of my chest, coupled with the same ache in my face around the cheeks, feels as though it is deep within the bone and also in the joints of my wrist. One episode yesterday with a duration of about 15 minutes and one today with the same duration time. I have never had these symptoms or episodes before. My health has been and is very good.

Hello,
Symptoms may indicate heart disease and needs to rule out acute coronary symptoms. You should visit hospital as early as possible and get ecg and troponin T test done.
You should have tab Aspirin 325 mg (two 150 mg tablets or four 75 mg), clopidogrel 300 mg , statins like Atorvastatin 80 mg if available and isosorbide dinitrate sublingually upto three doses every five minutes till pain resolves.
