Brief Answer:
Get x-rays done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

You have not mentioned which part of thigh is painful i.e anterior,. lateral, posterior or medial. Anyways thigh pain may be due many reason, it may be due to compression of nerve supplying it or it may be a referred pain.

All you need to do is to stop wearing belt in you trouser etc and get x-ray of lumosacral spine in AP and Lateral view and x-ray pelvis with both hips in AP view done and send me the report.

Till then take painkiller 1 tab aceclofenac+thiocolchicoside by prescription of doctor.

- Apply hot packs for 30 min in morning and evening .

I hope it helps.
