What Causes Severe Pain In Urethra And Cramps In Back?

Give it 2 to 3 more days to subside
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I second your ER doctor's opinion about rehydration. I think that is a positive sign that your pain and cramps started disappearing as your started measures against dehydration.
Not very long, in next 2-3 days you should do away with mild uretheral pain.
I wonder if you are sexually active. Do you do drugs / alcohol? If so there can be more damage than dehydration. So if you do not take drugs and alcohol you are good to go in the specified time else you may have to repeat the ER visits now and then.
The pain in the hamstrings and inner thighs are related to dehydration. Replenish with non carbonated, non caffeinated beverages like absolute water.
Hope this answers your question.
