please specify your query.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
From your query the source of your pain is not clear. Can you describe in detail about the location of pain and since when it is happening? Also on a scale of 1 - 10 where will you grade your pain if 10 is most severe and 1 is least severe?
I will be better able to help you once you provide these details. Waiting for your reply.

Brief Answer:
You need orthopedic consultaiton.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have read your query.
For pain in shoulder and arm you need to get x-ray cervical spine in AP and lateral view done, to know the present condition of your discs and vertebrae. All you need is to be physically examined by a doctor who may advise you above written x-ray, ultrasound if needed.
Since you have given history of asthma, there may be muscle sprain from coughing or uncontrolled asthma. Take some ibuprofen, if that doesn't help go to urgent care or ER, anyplace you can get a chest X-ray, these may be the symptoms of a costochondritis or pneumothorax. Pulmonary embolism is also in the differential diagnosis.
I hope it helps.
