Brief Answer:
Allergy causes need to be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal
I have read your query
I think I can help you.
The pain is possibly due to repeated sneezing.
The muscular effort on repeated sneezing may have made the muscles tired.
Therefore now they ache every time you sneeze.
I agree no pain medicine is needed.
But we need to know why you are sneezing repeatedly.
I suggest a chest x ray and serum IgE.
Let me know the reports of these.
Meanwhile try to avoid sneezing.
You can use nasal drops (decongestants), and antiallergy medicines.
Since the repeated sneezing is most likely to be due to some allergy.
Best of luck.
