What Causes Severe Pain When Passing Urine?

recurrent(repeated) urinary tract infections, kidn
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank You for consulting HealthcareMagic!
I mainly suspect two things, recurrent(repeated) urinary tract infections or there may also be chances of kidney stones. However, a Physical examination and an ultrasound of abdomen/pelvis is mandatory to assess this since there are variety of other causes that needs to be ruled out.
I also suggest you to undergo a urine culture and sensitivity test as there is chance of yourself resistance to antibiotics like Norflox, because of repeated episodes. This test helps in selecting appropriate sensitive antibiotics.
Stay healthy and thank you for consulting! You can contact me again anytime, if you need clarifications or further assistance in future. Kindly rate the answer if you are satisfied.

After the culture test only they had given the medicines like Norflex and citralka.
I never experience this pain before my baby birth, It happens for me after the catheter insertion at the time of cesarean.
an ultrasound scan will be helpful.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Urine infection should have cleared if Norflox antibiotic would have worked. I suggest to repeat urine tests again. To rule out kidney stones, an ultrasound scan will be helpful.

As per your suggestion, I went for Ultrasound Scan To the Radiologist.
The impression for the report i mentioned below.
"NORMAL SONOGRAPHIC STUDY OF LIVER, GB, PANCREAS, SPLEEN, BOTH KIDNEYS, BLADDER, UTERUS, OVARIES, ADNEXA."
Finally Radiology doctor suggest me that due to the wrong insertion of the catheter, may urethra got affected and that position may changed as narrow and some diameter varies it seems. So consult Urologist for this and it will be curable like he said.
So Please advice.
Note: I never experience this pain in life time ie: before my baby birth. It happens for me after the catheter insertion at the time of cesarean. Cesarean happened a year before.
A stricture is possible in your case
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
A stricture is possible in your case, as there is strong suspicion regarding catheter misplacement. You need a physical exam first and a urethrogram can find out if it is due to stricture in urethra which commonly occurs because of catheter misplacements and other urological surgeries. Stricture should again be treated surgically if confirmed.
Take care!
