What Causes Severe Right Abdominal Pain, Headache And Sore Throat?

Question: I think I may have liver damage from Crestor. Here are the symptoms as of right now. Sore Throat, Hoarse Voice, Pain in Lower Right Abdomen. Off of Crestor since Monday. Today is the 4th day. Earlier Symptoms- Fatigue, Clay Colored Stools, Stomach Pain, Diarrhea, Started to Break out in Hives, Warm Feeling over body. Not feeling well. Today, feeling better, however lower right pain in abdomen has developed. Sharp Pain. Uncomfortable, Headache, Sore Throat. Still felling Malaise, but feeling a little better today. Pain in lower right abdomen started today. Saw Primary Yesterday. She did basic blood test to check platelet count did not check liver. Pain is a concern. On a scale of 1-10 it is about a 7.

I read your query and understood your concerns.

Your symptoms are typical for liver damage and if you were my patient I would have done a full blood tests including liver and pancreas panel (enzymes).

Since your pain is severe (7 out of 10) you should go immediately to emergency room to exclude any life-threatening situation ( especially acute liver failure or pancreatic issues.

If you were my atient I would do the following test:
- Abdominal ultrasound
- Blood tests with liver and pancreas enzymes
