Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.
Ovulation is associated with abdominal cramps at the side where it occurs. In your case, ovulation was on right ovary associated with pain in right quadrant. Furthermore, in presence of genital infection, the pain will be more intense.
I suggest to take mephenamic acid and papaverine to reduce pain. It will be resolved after bleeding will stop.
If the pain will be resolved, then, there is nothing worrisome. If the pain will persist, I suggest to:
- do vaginal swab testing
- trans-vaginal ultrasound
to exclude infection/other genital issues.
Hope it answered to your query! Feel free to ask me other questions you might have!
