Brief Answer:
Possible GERD or other stomach problems caused by your RA medications

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and am sorry for the situation you are in.

Based on what you are describing, having severe sore throat without fever, and abdominal bloating and recently medicated for cough, are indicating for possible GERD/gastritis.

Furthermore, taking Prednison and Metrotraxate can trigger/aggravate your stomach issues.
I advise to:
- keep a good oral hygiene
- take antacids after meal
- probiotics can optimize your intestinal flora
- simethicone intake can reduce bloating

If the symptoms will persist, should consult with your physician to run upper endoscopy and abdominal ultrasound for further evaluation. You might need to start prescription PPIs.

Having trouble waking up is due to Metrotraxate use. Can discuss with the doctor who prescribe it about this side effect of this medication.

Hope it was of help!
