Brief Answer:
follow fertile period.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
Frankly speaking if you have just started trying for pregnancy since last 1 month, i feel you should give yourself at least 6 months as the normal pregnancy rate during natural cycles is 35-40%. So you should try following your fertile period and track your ovulation with ovulation kits and then practice intercourse during fertile period which shall increase your chances of pregnancy manifold. The presence of cramping and bleeding indicates that you have started with your menses and hence pregnancy is ruled out this time. you must try during the next cycle.
The cramps can be normally seen during first 2 days of menses and its intensity seems to be perceived more if one is dehydrated, so increase your water intake and you may use NSAIDS and antispasmodics to control the cramps and pain.
Regards
