Dear with the available information,it mostly seems to be -food
induced Gastric upset,mostly from food infection leading to Gastritis.
It could be from the street fast food you might have had.
Just rule out IBS(Irritable Bowel disease) in the past.
More information -of past illness of such illness and other illness- is needed for giving more suggestions.

Do' Suggested-
Based on the available information-
Avoid any food and keep nil by mouth.
Take Tab Dicyclomine 2 times a day
PPI-Omprazole- 1 x 2 times a day, to control gastritis
Tab Domperidoen-1 x 2 times day to control vomiting
IF no relief in 6 hrs,Contact your family doctor, to check for other causes, and script for antibiotics- like-Ciplox -OZ-x 5 days to control food induced giardiasis causing this gastro attack.

Next appointment
Only after 1 weeks time if the problem increases.
