Brief Answer:
Rush to ER. nill orally.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short.
Noted the history of severe pain in abdomen, tremors and vomiting.
Please provide additional information:
Since when is this happening?
Any bloating or loose stools?
Any other information?

Severe pain indicates that there may be a serious issue particularly when associated with other symptoms.
Vomiting indicates that the pain is severe and hence it might have occurred either as a reflex mechanism or may be something more sinister like intestinal obstruction- in which condition the vomiting may persist.
Tremors can be due to severity of the problem or as a result of electrolyte imbalance depending upon the duration of symptoms or severity of disease.
I would advise you the following:
Do not take anything orally.
Attend ER immediately for clinical evaluation, examination and investigations for an early diagnosis and proper management.
