Brief Answer:
Blood sugar testing is warranted in your case.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I understand your query and concern.
Since your cardiac and neuro work up are normal, you can be largely be rest assured.
A single episode of severe sweating and dizziness, lasting for few min can be a metabolic hypoglycemic episode -low blood sugar.
This could either result from inadequate intake of calories the preceding day of symptoms or could be a undiagnosed diabetic state.
Hence to rule this out,I advise you to get a Fasting and Postprandial blood sugar testing done .
Hence this preliminary has to be sought out to discuss further.
Post your further queries,if any.
Thank you.
