phulkas in Morning with a curry along with one cup of milk tea.

Afternoon two small cups of rice.

Dinner - Phulkas with vegetables

Despite of all of these.I still have my legs swollen like an elephant, lethargic body, slight headache everyday and Pain in joints.

Hello

Thanks for the query

If I were to be your doctor I would have increased the dosage of eltroxin to 50 mcg to bring down the tsh to below 5.

I would also like you to do the following things

1. Have oat meal in the morning instead of phulka. Oat meal keeps you full and it is known to help in reduction of fat
2. Add another phulka in the lunch time and avoid the second cup of rice
3. avoid sugar by all means. Not even an occasional sweet treat until you lose some substantial weight
4. swimming is the ideal exercise for you. I recommend half hour to one hour every alternate day and jogging daily for half hour.

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards
