Hello again
I have suggested you some medication, you can start them consulting your doctor, these medication are different from what you are taking.
You need to understand your disease.Ankylosing spondylitis may degrade as age advances if you dont keep your body fit by diet and exercises.
Many of my patients get relief by yoga pranayama and XXXXXXX XXXXXXX so you can also start that.
There is no cure for ankylosing spondylitis, you can reduce your problem by maintaining your diet, exercises and some medication.
You need to continue exercise life long.
