Brief Answer:
Fibrosis a possibility
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Severe pain during intercourse after 2 months of episiotomy is not normal.
There might be slight fibrosis which may have narrowed the vaginal opening, or made it slight irregular.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined internally and get appropriate treatment in the form of surgical correction, if required.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
