Brief Answer:
Transvaginal ultrasound advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic
I have seen the attached report and since all major reports are normal except low vitamin D and low indices of iron I would suggest a transvaginal ultrasound from an experienced radiologist
She cannot be given hormones due to previous history
So tranexemic acid plus ethamsylate will be a good option for her.
Take this combination for 3 times a day along with rest.
Get the ultrasound done and then we can discuss further
