Brief Answer:
Unlikely a sun stroke...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It's difficult to predict what caused vomiting; but it doesn't seem to be an obvious sun stroke. If you persist to have vomiting, then it is worthwhile investigating.
In the meanwhile stay hydrated with enough water. You may also start proton pump inhibitor drugs / antacids for couple of days.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Brief Answer:
Pantoprazole + domperidone...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I apologize for the late reply; I was away from internet for the last couple of days.
As I mentioned in my previous reply, your symptoms may or may not be due to sunstroke - the likelyhood of it being sunstroke is less likely. I hope you are better now. But if symptoms persist, I would start pantoprazole + domperidone tablets like Tab pantocid D twice a day and urge you to visit a doctor.
Hope this helps.
