Brief Answer:
Please get him evaluated by a pediatrician

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for asking on this platform

I have gone through the details and do understand your concern.
Most common cause of vomiting without other associated symptoms like loose stool, headache or irritability is gastritis.
It is good that vomiting has been stopped but persistent vomiting can cause hypoglycemia, electrolyte imbalance or dehydration.
I would suggest you to try to feed him (mainly fluid/ORS).If he remains lethargic or sleepy, please get him evaluated by a pediatrician for clinical examination, investigation or treatment if needed.

I shall be glad to help you out if you have any more doubts.
Regards

Thank you Doctor,

He does not have fever, loose stool, headache or irritability.

I am giving him water and in between ORS. But he is hardly getting up and just sleeping.
Should I take him to some doctor immediately or wait a little till he eats something.

Also what should I give him to eat or drink?

Brief Answer:
You can observe and wait

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for follow up

I won't get worried if he is accepting fluids.
Observe him carefully, monitor urinary frequency (3-4 times a day) and try to feed.
You may give easily digestible food like khichdi, dal, soup, curd etc.Avoid giving juice, citrus fruit, milk, spicy food,tea/coffee or soda.
You may wait and if you find that vomiting recurs, child is lethargic and not accepting orally;consult a pediatrician.

Wishing for your child's good health.
