1)At what age did you started having these complaints?
2)Did it start initially as head shakiness or hand shakiness?
3)Hand shakiness is in both hands or one hand(If more in one hand as compared to another or started in one hand prior to another,please mention so)?
4)Is it associated with tightness of hands or stiffness of hands?
5)Is hand shakiness more at rest or while you are holding something(like a cup of tea) or while you are taking your hand towards a target(like you are just about to hold something and your hand is near that thing and more nearer it goes,the more shakiness you have)?
