Brief Answer:
Suggestive of anxiety neurosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and would like to reassure you that there is no need to worry.

The most likely diagnosis is anxiety neurosis.

You would improve with medications such as clonazepam.

In addition, meditation and relaxation techniques would also help.

You can get a thyroid function tests, if not already done.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.

Brief Answer:
You can safely take the medicine.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.

You can safely take the medicine I advised.

Even though it is unlikely that you have a cardiac problem, it may be useful to have a check up with cardiologist.

No other tests are required now.

Best wishes,
