Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.
You are reporting to have a sharp chest pain especially when laying down or when you breath. This characteristics are suggestive for musculoskeletal chest pain and as a such aren't lifethreatening.
If you were my patient I would recommend to do :
- blood work
- ecg
- chest x ray
- use NSAID ( advil ) to relieve the pain
Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!
