Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to any cardiac cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

I carefully passed through your medical history and would explain that your symptoms don't seem to be cardiac related.

Sharp pain in this region could be related to different disorders affecting the structures of this region:

- the muscles: inflammation of the muscles in this region, damage of the ligaments, etc.
- the prostate : possible prostatitis of inflammation of the prostate
- the testicles or epididimus : orchitis, epididymitis related to inflammation or even a tumor of this region
- swollen lymph nodes in this region, related to a tumor or inflammation
- urinary tract obstruction, resulting from stones, inflammation or a tumor
- the nerves, a nerve irritation of the perineal nerves
- a hernia. This would lead to a possible lump in this area. Have you noticed any?

Your past medical history is a little concerning for possible lesions related to the renal cell carcinoma.

I would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a careful physical exam and some tests:

- an abdominal ultrasound
- a testicle ultrasound
- blood lab tests (complete blood count, PCR, sedimentation rate, PSA, kidney and liver function tests).
- an X ray study of the sacrum and coccygeal bones
- If a lesion is suspected, an abdominal CT scan or MRI should be performed.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues.

Hope to have been helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
