What Causes Sharp Pain At The Tip Of Penis During Urination?

Question: Hello Doctor. I am an 58yr old man, and my wife has problems and we can't have "nornal" sex. I still have sexual urges and needs, and I masturbate frequently to relieve the tension. However I also have Diabetes type 2, so I battle to "get it up" and strain my penis. For a week now I am experiencing painful urination, expecially at the tip on my penis. It is very sharp and feels almost like pins and needles. Is this as a result of damage to the penis nerves. I am very scared to go to the doctor as a have a real phobia of this being prostrate Cancer. I have no blood in my urine and don't really feel sick at all. Please could you give your opinion as to what is causing the pain. Thanking you. Nospe.
Brief Answer:
Take appropriate antibiotics
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the query
It is definitely infection at the outermost part of urethra. i think it should not be a symptom of prostate cancer but urinary infection only. You should consult a urologist to get appropriate antibiotic
You have got ED as well . though infection urine is a separate entity, it can also contribute to ED so get the urine checked. You should make sure your diabetes is under control . You can try tab Tadalafil 5 m a day at night after gettin a prescription from a local doctor as this is a prescription drug
