Brief Answer:
as explained - give details please!!

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history, albeit incomplete.

Please tell me few more details: These will help me to help you more, please do not feel offended as some questions may be direct by are directly related to the diagnosis and management.

Are you married ?
Was not there any sexual contact after 2/5/2014 (7 months till now) ?
If yes, your experience / difficulties etc felt (you have mentioned about masturbation and erection in sleep) ?
Any other symptoms of pain in the anal area or in the lower abdomen above the pubic area?
Any local tenderness at the area where the pain started / at the base of penis on pressure?
How much is the erection at Masturbation and any increase in pain ?
Have not really met any Doctor / Specialist like Urologist nor taken any treatment? Please give details of any investigations and treatment.

To recapitulate the problems your have::
Started 2/5/2014- pain during intercourse- ED from next day - pain in flaccid state to - pain foreskin at the opening + backside of shaft - no erection / ejaculation at tried masturbation- points 1 to 4 noted - the best one is getting erection in sleep but not hard.

My thoughts:
Since you are having erection during the sleep ( although not hard ), this is the ray of hope. It is already 7 months.
No problems last so long unless there is a deep-rooted problem.

It is possible that the pain was due to development of the trauma deep within at the level of the Dorsal Nerve of the Penis. This must have caused edema, then fibrosis around the nerve causing all the problems you have.

I would advise you the following:
I hope all the relevant blood and urine test must have been done including that of blood sugar and thyroid functions.
High resolution ultrasonography along with Color Doppler Examination by an Experienced Ultrasonologist under the care of an Urologist.
If your city has MRI Facilities with MRI of the penis this will help you / us the most.
Part of your problem looks to be 'anxiety of performance' based. Ca be tackled well..

Awaiting for your feedback , XXXXXXX , for me to help you the most.. You are young and you need to be alright and fit...

Brief Answer:
Need not worry, condition is curable

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

This happened just a few days ago.

Well the management still remains the same .

Please give other feedback too.

Take proper treatment under the care of an Urologist as you will have a direct Physical / Clinical examination of an expert as this is a very serious issue related to the most important part of life.

Do not worry, this looks to be treatable and curable. Only thing you have to take the right path of examination, investigations and treatment.
You need to give it a rest for the time-being till you are recovered well.

Please feel free to ask for more if you need to..
