Brief Answer:
Probably sinusitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

First, I need to know a little more about your condition: is this pain accompanied by vision disturbances, redness of the left eye and stuffed nose?

Any fever experienced previous to these episodes?

In my opinion, most probably your pain is related to left frontal sinusitis.

Plain radiographs of sinuses are needed as well to evaluate properly this condition.

Awaiting for more information.......
