What Causes Sharp Pain In Head When Diagnosed With Leukoaraiosis?

Question: For the past three days, I've had a sharp, moving pain in my head -- under the skin, but not deep. I haven't had a headache in decades, but I have been diagnosed by a neurologist as having leukariosis or small blood vessel disease (MRI). Even though my sinuses are breathing clear, this pain seems to have some relationship with that area. I don't know whether to make an appointment with my doctor or not.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Brief Answer:
Medical attention required.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
You should definitely schedule an appointment with your doctor. Your neurologist's correlation makes sense.
Taking beta blockers (a class of medicines) like metoprolol might help. Discuss about it with your doctor. Take naproxen (OTC medicine) one or two tablets together as per requirement. If it still does not help, visit the ER.
