Brief Answer:
Spine related, muscle spasms, or renal abnormality based on pain location

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. The pain seems to be present in the right flank region which could indicate any of the following:

+Muscular spasm (especially if you have gone about some strenuous physical activity, poor posture, or are prone to muscle spasms)
+Spine related abnormality (can be diagnosed using an MRI, usually more common post-menopause)
+Kidney abnormality (most commonly a renal tract stone): Especially possible if your fluid intake is poor

In such a scenario, I would recommend increasing your consumption of water and reporting to a doctor for an ultrasound examination of the region to find the cause for your presentation ma'am.

I hope you find my response helpful sir. Please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
