It's a constant pain .pressure in lower right almost feels like urinary infection ! But the middle of my stomach right below the chest has a burning sensation. It's better when I lay down. My bathroom has been regular . The neck pain won't go away. The headache is all in the temples ( both) pressure . Appetite - I'm hungry but when I eat I have pain in the middle of stomach. Just started a left soar throat as well . This is to much problems all at once. No diabeties or liver or thyroid issues.

Looking at your description This could be Acid peptic disease like gastritis or peptic ulcer due to stomach hyperacidity
If I were your treating doctor I would have prescribed you pantoprazole or rabeprazole group of drugs with antacids for 7 to 10 days and if symptoms doesn't improve with it than I will refer you to a gastroenterologist for an endoscopy and investigation like urease breath test and liver function test
For Neck pain and headache I would advise you to take acetaminophen and proper rest
Neck pain can be related to muscle spasm or spondylitis if it is a chronic problem than you must see your doctor for an X ray cervical region.
