Brief Answer:
You should be investigated.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
The complaints that you have mentioned could be due to colon problem.
As you are passing stool, there is no problem.
In my opinion, you should go for Colonoscopy and Ultrasound abdomen to rule out recurrence at the surgical anastomosis and distant organs.
Till investigations,I prescribe Tablet Rabeprazole 20mg half an hour before food and Levosulpiride 75mg before food to my patients with similar complaints.
Have small frequent meals.
Please consult your surgeon, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
Wish you good health.
Regards
