What Causes Sharp Pain In The Bladder Region And Burning Urination?

default
Posted on Wed, 14 Jun 2017
Question: Hello, for about a week, I have been feeling a sharp pain in my lower bladder that makes it hard to pee. I had a UTI many years ago and the symptom I remember was a burning sensation when I peed. This is different. I am concerned and have a DR. appt. on this coming Friday, but wonder if I should wait that long to get this diagnosed and treated. I have also been passing occasional gas and that offers some relief, so perhaps I need an emema to clear out my colon and see if that helps the situation. Any suggestions you could offer will be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
Thanks for choosing this forum to ask your query,

It seems that you are facing urogenital issues due to reduced immunity. Dietary factors like consuming spicy, sour diet, fast food, beverages, alcohol etc and factors like late night workout etc reduces body vitality and makes a person prone to such urogenital tract infections.

Symptoms may be due to inflammation of internal parts, of the urogenital system. Most likely causative organism is ecsherichia coli.

Get a urine routine and microscopy test done if possible.Don't wait for date of appointment start following my prescripton you should start feeling better in a day or two.

Take anti-inflammatory medicines (eg. Ibuprofen 400mg twice daily after food) for 2-3 days, soft cotton undergarments, warm water for drinking, avoid masturbation and sex for some days.
Please get an ultrasound abdomen done to see the extent of the inflammation.

Treatment suggested is-
Tab Cefixime 200mg twice daily(Broad spectrum antibiotic)
Tab Diclofenac 50mg twice daily(Anti-inflammatory and analgesic)
Tab Vitamin C 500MG Once daily(Immune booster)
(Prescription medicines)

Don't go for enema right now just take lactulose 10ml oncedaily for few days(laxative).

Follow this for 5 days you would feel much better within 2-3 days.

Follow up answer.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
I am sorry but i prescription can't be given to you as per the policy
of company.

Just go to nearest physcian and get a prescription from him/het.
A specialist is not required in your case any general physcian can give you a prescription.

However in case you can't get a prescription then take these over the counter pillls-

A pack(Azithromicin) 500mg once daily.
Tab Ibuprofen twice daily.
both are OTC medicies.

Thanks and regards.
