What Causes Sharp Pain In The Breasts And Itching In The Armpits?
I would explain as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for asking on HCM!
Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms do not seem to be related to any cardiac disorders.
Is the pain modulated by body movements or deep breathing? This would indicate a musculo-skeletal issue.
But this are not life-threatening situations! So, just relax!
As all your performed tests have shown a normal heart, there is nothing to worry about! The mild regurgitation (or leakage, how you call it) has no clinical significance.
From the other hand, I would also recommend performing some tests>
- thyroid hormone levels
- PCR, sedimentation rate for inflammation
- a cervical spine X ray study to exclude chronic degenerations of the cervical spine, including a bulging disk, which could cause irradiating pain in this region.
Have you tried any antiacids or Zantac? If these drugs are helpful to relieve the pain between your ribs, it would be indicative of possible gastro-esophageal reglux or gastritis.
I would also recommend considering costochondritis as a possible cause of chest pain. It is an inflammation of the soft tissue and ligaments. Ibuprofen would relieve the pain. I recommend trying it.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Hello again!
Prilosec is a PPI and has the same effect as antiacids or zantac: it help reduce stomach acidity and improves gastro-esophageal reflux.
If it helps improve your situation, this would indicate that gastro-esophageal reflux is the underlying cause of your chest pain.
Tylenol is like ibuprofen. It helps relieve the musculo-skeletal pain. I would recommend trying it.

Hello again!
PCR is a simple blood test analysis, which shows the presence of inflammation.
The bone density will help exclude possible osteoporosis.
There is no interaction between prilosec and tylenol or ibuprofen. So, there is nothing to worry about!
