Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concern.
Severe sharp pain in left jaw associated with sharp pains on both sides of face, near the ears all the way to the temples and high-pitched ringing in your left ear could be due to possible:
- ear infection, especially if you have had any cold/flu like symptoms recently?
- spikes in blood pressure (bp): have you measured your bp? do you take any medication for chronic illness like those related to cardio-vascular system?
- temporo-mandibular joint disorders
- there is a type of angina called Ludwig's angina which is also associated with sharp jaw pain and chest pain/discomfort or difficulty in breathing; do you have these symptoms too?
I'd suggest to monitor your bp and record the results and get checked by ENT specialist first to rule out related issues.
For the moment, I advise to take analgesic like ibuprofen orally until you see your doctor.
Wish fast recovery.
