What Causes Sharp Pain In The Lower Back?
Question: Sharp pain in right lower lower back after making a sudden right turn and bending motion. Cannot hardly walk or sit. Only relief is lying flat on my back.

From your symptom it seems you have lumbar sprain or developing disc problem. I would order for xray of lumbosacral spine in AP and Lateral view done to see present condition of disc spaces and vertebrae. Your doctor / orthopedic can order this test.
Till then have tab. aceclofenac 100mg +thiocolchicoside4mg twice a day by prescription of your family doctor.
Have complete bet rest for three days except for nature's call.
Apply hot packs.
