What Causes Sharp Pain In The Lower Right Abdomen?

Question: this weird sharp pain in my lower right abdomen which hurts when i sit at certain angle or when i suck in my stomach . dont have any other symptoms. I did do some exercise last night but the pains feels like its inside so i cant tell if its a pulled muscle

Utrasound abdomen to be done as early as possible!

Have gone through all your details.
It could be a muscular sprain,However a ultra sound of abdomen should be done as soon as possible to see any other complication like torsion(twisting) of one segment of intestine over the other,or torsion of ovaries because if neglected for a long time it can even cause gangrene of that part.
As pain is related to particular positions torsion could be suspected,An ultrasound abdomen report is a must before making any further comment.
Thiugh less likely yet appendicitis should also be ruled out at the earliest as it is an emergency condition.A CT abdomen should be done along with serum amylase and lipase levels.
