Brief Answer:
Does not look like cardiac
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome.
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
Cardiac pain is not localized (i.e. it is diffused), it increase on exertion & stress and decrease on rest, it has no effect of touch or respiration.
Considering all this your pain does not look like cardiac. Further your recent stress echo was also negative (which tells about future chances of getting a cardiac event).
So relax, it does not look cardiac pain.
It is most probably muscle pain. Take a pain killer & it will go(For your knowledge, cardiac pain does not decrease after taking simple pain killers).
Thanks & take care
