Question: I can be sitting doing nothing and I get his sharp pain in my side right under my breast area it only
last a short time but painful

I have gone through your question and understand your concern..

In the beginning, i hope you'll feel better soon without visiting a doctor. I think you may have a kind of a muscular spasm or sprain which is very common and it even may subside simultaneously with resting and relaxation and even without medication .

You may try to avoid any heavy weight lifting, vigorous movements , uncomfortable sleeping posture and sitting postures.

You can use painkillers like Tylenol tabs only when needed , hot massages with topical analgesic
gels (eg. Diclofenac), muscle relaxants will be effective for most of cases .

If despite all these, your pain persists, I'm sorry to say but you have to visit your doctor once for an X ray and MRI for proper evaluation and management of the underlying cause, and to prevent further complications and pain from coming back .
