What Causes Sharp Pain While Bending Down Post Birth?

Not necessary after 3 months if physically fit.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
At the end of 3 months, if your wife's health is quite well and she is physically fit, then she DOESN'T need to go for regular check up to her doctor.
However, she MUST visit to her local doctor if any problem persists regarding physical fitness, activity, choice of contraception, baby's health and immunization.
She should continue exclusive breast feeding (EBF) till 6 months age of the baby and take Iron & Calcium supplements as prescribed. Take healthy protein rich diet, more green vegetables, drink more water and adequate bed rest.
Hope, it helps for your information. Kindly, close the discussion if you don't have any other query.
Wish her good health and take care yourself.

Migraine headache should be ruled out.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for follow up query.
Headache is quite common following delivery of baby (Mostly seen after C-section) and due to effect of spinal anesthesia. Migraine headache is another reason.
I suggest to get checkup to her doctor for the present problem. Take Paracetamol (CROCIN) tab to reduce headache till getting appointment to her doctor. Drink more water (2-3 liters/ day) and avoid stress/ tension/ anxiety. Take adequate bed rest and sound sleep.
Hope, I have answered your query. Kindly, close the discussion.
All the best and good luck.
Regards,
