Brief Answer:
Upper respiratory tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your question.

Chills, rigors(shivering), increased body temperature (fever), weakness and all other symptoms points towards an infection, most probably a throat infection (Upper respiratory tract infection).
After Panadol (Paracetamol) the temperature started decreasing hence you started sweating and felt hot.

Since you are having high grade fever, if I were your treating doctor I would start an antibiotic amoxycillin-clavunalic acid 500mg 3 times a day for 5 days after sampling throat for lab tests. This is a prescription only medicine which your local doctor will do.
If a doctor visit is not feasible right away, you can continue panadol 3 times a day along with steam inhalation 3-4 times a day and salt water gargles 3 times a day for the next 2-3 days. If you don't get better, visit a local doctor for investigations and antibiotics. Your doctor will know about this.

Please avoid cold beverages, ice creams, cold water.
Do drink plenty of warm water to avoid dehydration.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any questions I will be happy to help you.

Thank you.
