Brief Answer:
Yes, it is probably related to Parkinson's.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HealthcareMagic.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

The answer to your question is straightforward yes, sharp pain from a nerve or a nerve root is a possible feature of Parkinson's.

This because the nerve may be compressed by tightness or damaged from dyskinesia.

In this case, an upper cervical nerve root may be responsible.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.
