Brief Answer:
Mostly piriformis syndrome.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for the query under Health care magic platform. I have read it & understand your concern.
The pain you describe seems to be of neurogenic origin... something is pressing on the nerve at hip joint ( sciatic nerve ) specially while sudden movements like standing up/ sneezing.
-The causes can be varied like bony pressure at hip due to inflammation/ injury ,spinal disc problem at lumber spine, spasm of Piriformis muscle present in sciatic notch.. which squeezes the nerve with movements, some intraabdominal tumor ( swollen ovaries in PCOD/ cyst) when menstrual irregularity accompanies.
Looking at your age / absence of history of fall, back ache,or any other specific complaint in your case it's most likely to be Piriformis muscle.Still other causes need to be excluded before coming to the conclusion.
- Please consult an orthopedic surgeon for detailed physical examination/ investigations like X ray/ MRI .
Treatment would be cause specific mostly consists of pain medications, rest, physiotherapy .
I hope the answer has been informative & useful to you. Any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks.
