Brief Answer:
Ice pick headaches to consider.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Regarding the description you provide, your symptoms fit mostly in a condition known as ice pick headaches, or primary stabbing headaches.

Primary, in this case, means that there is no known underlying cause.

These types of headaches are seen mostly through migraine sufferers and are difficult to treat because they come out of nowhere and because of the short lasting nature.

Another condition to consider is trigeminal neuralgia, but less likely than first one in your case.

As a first step in understanding better, your condition is necessary an evaluation by your primary care Doctor.

Hope you found the answer helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.
