What Causes Shooting Pain Under Left Breast?
Question: Pain stabbing shooting pain under left breast not going away been hours. .age 52. Very uncomfortable. Temp 97.7. Mucus darker brown yellow. Deep inhaling hurts. Tired. Peeing more often.zwollen lymph nodes in meck. Blood pressure higher then went low all with 20 minutes. Migraine Headaches some memory loss. Concentrated difficult. get dizzy.upon getting up from knees.Muscle and joint weakness. upon numbness in right hand falls aleep pain in wrist at bone from pinky joint bend at wrist. Cant aply pressure. And get fever like pain in between thumb and 1st finger. I have had esophagus surgery. To stretch. Pain In under left breast really hurts especially. I do smoke get bronchitis.

2. Pleurisy should be evaluated and investigated further as possible condition that may cause chest pain, difficulty breathing, mucus changes, joints pain.
There is need first for a thoracic CT scan to evaluate your lungs and previous esophagus surgery status.
Blood tests about red and white blood cells count, and inflamation indicators such C reactive protein should be done also.
In my opinion, you shouldn't wait too long to get a medical evaluation, so discuss with your primary care Doctor about your concerns.
If you have to wait too long, consider visiting your nearest ER.
