Brief Answer:
Get done ECG first.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
In my opinion it is less likely Pulmonary Embolism (PE ).
But better to get done ecg and d dimer test as a screening tests for pulmonary embolism.
Since you had DVT and taking blood thinner medicine, possibility of PE is always there.
So better to rule out this first.
Your nasal stuffiness and running nose can be due to simple rhinitis.
And normal degree of shortness of breath is expected after heavy workout or dancing.
Ecg will also helpful in rule out other cardiac causes.
So better to consult doctor and get done d dimer and ECG.
It is less likely due to PE but better to rule out this first.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.

I already got a CT scan. it's not a clot in my lungs. and it's not a normal shortness of breathe. I have alot of trouble breathing after, to the point where I literally feel like I'm gonna pass out because I can't breathe.

Brief Answer:
yes, you need to go hospital for this.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your follow up question on HCM.
Yes, you need to visit hospital for these tests.
These are routine screening tests to rule out cardiac cause.
I also feel that you are not having cardiac cause, but since you are symptomatic after heavy workout, its better to rule out cardiac causes.
Another possibility is exercise induced asthma. It is seen after exercise. Actually exercise triggers the bronchospasm and this can cause shortness of breath, chest pain and nasal stuffiness.
Have you ever undergone PFT ( pulmonary function test )?
Please let me know this, so that I can guide you better.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.
