What Causes Shortness Of Breath,dizziness And Flippy-flop Feeling In Chest?

Question: I have had allergies for the first time ever this year. I feel a shortness of breath. Also lately a numbness in arms and legs. Also I have been dizzy at times. Sometimes while lying down I have a flippy-flop feeling in my chest, like falling asleep when trying not to, slight pain. When that happens I also seem to have a high sensitivity to sound and a slight loss of appetite. These things have been happening on and off for months, but seem to happen more often. I have been taking a daily claritan for the last couple of months. Do these symptoms stand out as anything?

Feel a shortness of breath, dizzy, flippy-flop feeling in chest particularly in a patient with a medical history of high blood pressure sound very serious and hint toward a heart related pathology. However, However, a Physical examination is mandatory to assess this since there are variety of other causes like anxiety, hyperthyroidism etc (which can also cause symptoms like the ones you mentioned) that needs to be ruled out.

I feel that the symptoms described by you needs an emergency evaluation and treatment.
