What Causes Shortness Of Breath, fatigue And Body Aches?

Question: Over the past week and a half I've noticed that I've had increasing fatigue and body aches. I feel so tired like I could take a nap at any moment of the day - HIGHLY unusual for me. My arms and legs will ache randomly - but it's very mild and not severe. Also, I've noticed that when climbing the stairs my legs feel very heavy. I have had mild shortness of breath with daily activities and i've been more irritable lately. I have hypothyroidism and IBS-D, both are controlled with medication. I also have autoimmune ITP, but haven't needed treatment for it yet. I recently had a CBC w/diff and thyroid blood work done a little over 4 weeks ago - everything was normal. What's going on? Could this be leukemia? Even though I had a CBC w/diff done 4 weeks ago that was normal?

Thank you for your answer. I was in the ER about 6 months ago and they did an EKG that was normal. Could this be some sort of vitamin deficiency? I do take a multivitamin daily though.
