Focal pain involving the right shoulder , neck and back suggests cervical radiculopathy. If upon two weeks of optimum empiric therapy with NSAIDs, Muscle relaxants, B 12 supplementation and physiotherapy, there is no or insignificant improvement in overall functioning associated with the pain then NCS ( Nerve conduction Studies) and MRI Spine ( Cervical +/- upper thoracic spine in your case ) should be considered to look for compression or degenerative changes. Gabapentin, Use of soft cervical collar, Physiotherapy, with IFT would help in reduction of pain. Neck extension and strengthening exercises can be started if the above causes are ruled out and the pain has subsided. Prolonged sitting especially working at computer should be avoided. Try to be XXXXXXX ever 40 minutes or so as a single position puts compressive force on the spine while sitting. The twitching of the eye can also be related to low calcium and vitamin D. Both can be checked in consultation with your doctor. Another measure that can be of benefit would be to use a cervical pillow of less height, while sleeping.
